Computing Curriculum Overview
ONLINE SAFETY OVERVIEW
Each year group in KS1 and KS2 will cover an online safety unit from the Kapow Condensed Curriculum. These lessons build upon prior knowledge and are complimented with half termly Project Evolve lessons. See the Project Evolve overview below.
With online safety being such an important part of the computing curriculum, at the beginning of each lesson, children will be asked questions about their prior online safety learning. This is to ensure that this information is retained and children will be able to reach for this knowledge if they are ever feeling uncomfortable with anything that they see or hear online.
